Service Process

Every watch at Brutto goes through a clear and transparent process, carried out with top-quality Swiss and German professional equipment and fully digital communication.

  1. Initial consultation and examination: We receive your watch and perform a first inspection of its condition.

  2. Diagnosis and cost estimate: Within two working days, you receive a detailed diagnosis and a transparent cost estimate. The service begins only once you have confirmed the estimate in writing.

  3. Full disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning: The movement is completely taken apart, and all components are cleaned with professional equipment.

  4. Replacement of worn or damaged parts: Only correct factory-specification or equivalent parts are used to preserve originality and value.

  5. Correct lubrication: Specialized oils are applied to each contact point to minimize wear and optimize function.

  6. Reassembly and regulation: The movement is rebuilt and adjusted across multiple positions for stable accuracy.

  7. Final testing: Performance is measured with Witschi timing equipment, the Swiss industry standard for watch testing.

  8. Delivery with documentation: You receive your watch together with a detailed Witschi Timegrapher PDF report and a warranty covering service-related faults.
