Rolex Oysterdate Precision 6466 (1955)

We love: The waffle dial with the original black&red roulette date disc.

Made in January 1955, in the first production batch of the reference, this Oysterdate is a classic Rolex: a 31mm Oyster case, screw-down crown, date at 3 under the Cyclops lens and a hand-wound movement inside.

The waffle radium dial has aged beautifully on this example. The warm cream patina matches nicely with the gold arrow markers and Arabic numerals. What is also special is the original black&red roulette date disc.

It features the manual winding caliber 1210, recently serviced and running very well. The watch comes with a timegrapher report showing amplitude, rate, and beat error, proof of its mechanical health, plus a one-year warranty on the movement.

With its expanding rivet bracelet (in top condition and fully linked), this watch is very comfortable to wear.

Comes with its original and very rare box.
