By purchasing a watch or booking a service with Brutto Watches, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payments
Watches can be purchased online (Stripe/Apple Pay) or in person (SumUp/cash).
Full payment is required before delivery.
Shipping
Watches are shipped fully or partially insured upon agreement with the buyer.
Risk passes to the client once the item is delivered.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. If a watch is defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange inspection. If the issue is confirmed, the watch will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
Servicing and watch repairs are non-refundable.
Prices
Prices are final.
Brutto Watches is not VAT-registered under Swiss MWST small business regulation. No VAT is charged until registration becomes required.
Warranty
All serviced or sold mechanical watches include a one-year warranty on the movement. See Warranty Terms for details.
