Warranty Terms

Brutto Watches provides a one-year warranty on all serviced or sold mechanical movements.

Coverage

• Defects in movement parts or workmanship.

• Adjustments needed due to normal wear within the warranty period.

Exclusions

• Misuse, shocks, magnetism, or water damage.

• Straps, crystals, crowns, pushers, and cases.

• Vintage watches are not guaranteed to meet water-resistance standards, even after service.

Process
Any warranty work must be carried out exclusively by Brutto Watches (Zurich, Switzerland).

Repairs performed by third parties without prior written approval void the warranty in full.

Brutto Watches does not reimburse repair costs carried out by external watchmakers unless explicitly approved in writing beforehand.

For international customers, the buyer is responsible for safe shipping to and from Brutto Watches for any warranty service.
